FAQ
Questions founders ask
Is this legal advice?
No. Your documents come from attorney-reviewed templates, filled in with your own choices. The assistant explains your options but doesn't pick one for you. When you want advice, we connect you with a licensed attorney.
What does the state charge?
State fees are passed through at cost, and you see them before you pay. Some fees are still being verified with the states.
Which states, and when?
California, Florida, Texas, New York and Georgia open in the April 2027 beta. New Jersey, North Carolina, Delaware, Alabama and Vermont follow by June 2027, and all 50 states by the end of 2027.
What happens to my Social Security number?
It's tokenized, used only for the EIN and the bank account, and never shown to the AI. The security program is built for a SOC 2 audit before the public beta.
What if the check says no-go?
Nothing is filed or charged. You get suggestions for what to change.
Can I keep my own registered agent?
Yes. Keep your own, and switch to the included one later if you want to.
